- 連線更新任務每次嘗試運行時都失敗。
- 客戶通常可以打開URL：從網路瀏覽器正常
vupdate.emc.com - 可以在任務日誌中看到如下錯誤：
這表示嘗試從 SRM 前端連線至 url vupdate.emc.com 時，連線逾時。

Caused by: java.net.UnknownHostException: vupdate.emc.com: Connection Timeout
- When trying to ping or telnet the URL vupdate.emc.com from the Frontend the same Error cause was displayed. 

Cause

客戶正在使用代理伺服器，已諮詢工程團隊，他們確認當客戶伺服器正在使用代理伺服器時，線上更新無法執行 （存取 URL ： vupdate.emc.com）。

Resolution

當代理伺服器已部署在客戶網路上時，線上更新工作無法執行。
