- 在线更新任务 每次尝试运行它都失败。
- 客户可以正常从 Web 浏览器打开 URL vupdate.emc.com -
可能会在任务日志中看到类似以下内容的错误：

Caused by: java.net.UnknownHostException: vupdate.emc.com: Connection Timeout
- When trying to ping or telnet the URL vupdate.emc.com from the Frontend the same Error cause was displayed. 

Cause

客户正在使用代理服务器，已咨询工程团队，他们确认，当客户服务器上正在使用代理服务器时，在线更新无法运行（访问 URL：vupdate.emc.com）。

Resolution

在客户网络上部署代理服务器时，无法运行在线更新任务。
