Data Protection Advisor (DPA): Unable to edit the Limit operator parameter
Summary: The parameter value for the Limit operator cannot be changed or modified however we can change it when switched to classic UI.

Symptoms
Select any report with the Limit operator and save it as a custom template. Select the Limit operator properties under limit parameter value change it from default to any other number and save, it won't take effect.
Cause
This is a known bug in DPA 19.3
Resolution
FIx is available from DPA 19.4 b12 and 19.3 b52
