Symptoms

The SDDC manager UI is not loaded after upgrading the VxRack Software Defined Data Center (SDDC) cluster to the latest release certification matrix (RCM) or simple support matrix (SSM). It may show that it tried to download a file called vxrm.sso that is of 0-bytes in length.

Cause

There are untrusted certificates in the trust store.
