Symptoms
執行作業系統 （OS） 就地升級時，無法使用保留檔案、設定和應用程式的選項：

Cause
如果使用作業系統評估媒體執行就地升級，則會發生這種情況。評估媒體旨在用於操作系統的全新安裝，而不是就地升級。Microsoft在這裡（有點傾斜地）說明瞭這一點：

Resolution
若要解決此問題，請使用非評估作業系統媒體執行就地升級。然後應啟用這兩個選項。
