Symptoms
执行作系统 （OS） 的就地升级时，保留文件、设置和应用程序的选项不可用：

Cause
如果使用作系统评估介质来执行就地升级，则会发生这种情况。评估介质旨在用于作系统的全新安装，而不是就地升级。Microsoft在这里（有点倾斜）说明了这一点：

Resolution
要解决此问题，请使用非评估作系统介质执行就地升级。然后，应启用这两个选项。
