Cause

當多路徑配置機櫃中的磁碟遺失其中一個 SAS 路徑時，會觸發此警示。

可能原因包括：

  • 磁碟未正確裝妥
  • SAS 連線問題
  • 擴充儲存架佈線不當
  • 磁碟、承載器、纜線或 HBA 故障
  • SAS 路徑的暫時性容錯移轉/重設
  • 因磁碟更換期間等待時間不足導致的熱插拔問題
  • DOA （到達時失效） 更換磁碟

Resolution

步驟 1：解決單一磁碟警示。

如果警示與單一磁碟相關：

  1. 執行 disk rescan 從命令行介面 （CLI）。
  2. 若在現場，請重新安裝受影響的磁碟機。從卸下到插入之間，請等待至少 2 分鐘 。
  3. 技術支援：使用下列命令重新啟動磁碟插槽電源： diskpowctl （DS60/ ES40）。
  4. 停用並重新啟用連接至受影響磁碟的 SAS 連接埠。
  5. 如果問題持續發生，請更換磁碟。

注意：請務必觀察等待 2 分鐘再插入替換磁碟，以避免熱插拔問題。

步驟 2：調查磁碟健全狀況。

使用下列 DD-CLI 命令和自動支援資料：

  • disk show reliability-data
    • 檢查 CRC/RAS 計數
  • 檢閱自動支援：
    • 磁碟讀取錯誤歷程記錄
    • 智慧資料
    • 中/已復原/其他錯誤

主動更換顯示高或不斷增加錯誤計數的磁碟。

步驟 3：解決機櫃範圍的警示

如果機櫃中的所有磁碟都受到影響：

  1. 執行：

    • alerts show current
    • disk multipath status
    • enclosure show topology
    • enclosure test topology
    • disk port show summary

  2. 證：

    • SAS 連接埠已連線
    • 貨架列於下方 Connected Enclosure IDs
    • 連結速度正確
    • LCC A 和 B 存在於拓撲中
    • 每個磁碟有兩個 SAS 路徑 （一個使用中，一個待機）
