Otevřete nový Exchange PowerShell a zjistěte, jestli se správně připojuje ke službě Active Directory.

Cause

  1. Nakonfigurovaný uživatelský účet neměl požadovaná oprávnění (viz uživatelská příručka k serveru Exchange).
  2. Byl nainstalován jiný zálohovací software (například klient Avamar nebo klient NetWorker).
 

Resolution

  1. Pokud to není provedeno správně, nakonfigurujte uživatele s rolí správce pomocí konfiguračního nástroje AppAgent Exchange Admin.
  2. Odinstalujte ostatní zálohovací software (například Avamar nebo NetWorker) a restartujte hostitele.
