Cause

vProxy 應用裝置使用 MSVMAPPAGENT 19.4.0.0。

NetWorker 19.4.0.0 不支援 SQL Server 2022。

Resolution

此問題已向 NetWorker 工程部門提出。未來的 vProxy 版本將支援 SQL Server 2022。一旦確定版本後，此知識庫文章便會更新。

解決 方案：
在 SQL Server 2022 機器上安裝 NetWorker 用戶端和 NetWorker Module for Microsoft （NMM） 套件。這兩個套件至少應為 19.7.0.x。SQL 備份可使用 NMM 用戶端軟體取得。
