Symptoms

  • En sikkerhetskopi av Microsoft SQL-server konfigureres ved hjelp av NetWorker VMware Protection (NVP) vProxy-apparatet.
  • Beskyttelsespolicyens sikkerhetskopihandling konfigureres med alternativet "Application Consistency" aktivert for å utføre SQL-appkonsistente sikkerhetskopier (MSVMAPPAGENT).

Cause

Sikkerhetskopieringen i retningslinjene for beskyttelse av NetWorker mangler brukerpåloggingen for SQL-forekomsten i innstillingene for applikasjonskonsistens.

Resolution

Oppdater sikkerhetskopihandlingen slik at den inkluderer en bruker med rettigheter som systemadministrator:

Den angitte brukerkontoen skal ha sysadmin-rettigheter. Dette kan bekreftes i SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS) på den virtuelle SQL-maskinen:
