Cause
預先檢查期間的錯誤指出 kickstart 或系統映像錯誤，或指出兩者皆未執行命令。這會導致它嘗試使用舊的和新的或兩者之一。
Resolution
使用格式正確的升級命令或使用正確的程式碼層級。
