Kun tietokone käynnistetään Oracle ASMlibilla, näyttöön saattaa tulla seuraava ilmoitus
. Järjestelmän skannaaminen Oracle ASMLib -levyiltä: kobject_add_internal epäonnistui sdX1: lle --EEXIST: llä, älä yritä rekisteröidä asioita samalla nimellä samaan hakemistoon.
sdX: p1:tä ei voitu lisätä: 17"

PowerPath-koodissa oli off-by one -virhe, kun osio yritetään lisätä kahdesti eri säikeillä. 

Tällä ei pitäisi olla vaikutusta isäntään, mutta pino ja viesti näytetään.

Korjaus sisältyy PowerPath 6.2 GA -versioon.
