O PowerPath 6.1 causa erros ASMlib na inicialização

Durante a inicialização com o Oracle ASMlib, você pode encontrar a seguinte mensagem.
" Verificando o sistema de discos Oracle ASMLib: kobject_add_internal falhou para sdX1 com --EEXIST, não tente registrar coisas com o mesmo nome no mesmo diretório.
sdX: p1 não pôde ser adicionado: 17"

Ocorreu um erro off-by no código do PowerPath em que ele está tentando adicionar partição duas vezes com threads diferentes. 

Não deve haver impacto para o host nessa situação, mas a pilha e a mensagem serão exibidas.

A correção será incluída na versão GA do PowerPath 6.2.
