Symptoms

變更 SQL 伺服器的主機名稱後，DDBEA 無法偵測到新的主機名稱。

Cause

Windows 作業系統登錄仍會顯示舊的主機名稱。

Resolution

  1. 更新組態檔案中的新主機名稱，並重新註冊加密箱。
  2. 如果步驟 1 無法解決問題，請進行全新的 DDBMA 安裝。
  3. 如果步驟 2 無法解決問題，請在 Windows 作業系統登錄檔中搜尋舊主機名稱的關鍵字，您可能會發現有些項目仍在使用舊主機名稱。請客戶聯絡 OS/SQL 團隊以修復登錄檔。
