NVP vProxy：FLR 掛接失敗「DD 主機名稱上的 REST 服務已停用」

Symptoms

NVP FLR 掛接作業或即時復原失敗，並出現下列錯誤：

在 FLR 或即時存取復原期間，vProxy 裝置會連線至 Data Domain，並使用 Data Domain 系統管理員帳戶進行驗證。此程序是建立 FLR 和即時復原程序所需的網路檔案系統 （NFS） 資料存放區所必需。當 Data Domain 上的 REST 服務停用時，vProxy 裝置無法與 DD 進行驗證，且無法建立 NFS 資料存放區。

Resolution

  1. 為 Data Domain 開啟 SSH 工作階段，並以「sysadmin」身分登入。
  2. 啟用 Web 服務： adminaccess enable web-service
  3. 驗證 Web 服務現在是否顯示為已啟用： adminaccess show
  4. 執行 VM 復原
