Symptoms

Avamar SQL 備份可能會失敗，並出現類似以下錯誤：
 

avsql Error <40258>: sqlconnectimpl_smo::connect Microsoft.SqlServer.Management.Common.ConnectionFailureException: Failed to connect to server DELLSVR\SQLINSTANCE. ---> System.Data.SqlClient.SqlException: Login failed for user 'backupuser'.

Cause

指定用於 SQL 備份的資料集使用 SQL Server 驗證，而非 Windows 驗證。

用戶端上有多個 SQL 實例。一或多個 SQL 例項可能尚未授予 SQL Server 登入帳戶安全性存取權。

Resolution

解決此問題的因應措施：

  1. 將 SQL Server 登入帳戶新增至 SQL Server Management Studio （SSMS） 中的例項，並授予該帳戶 sysadmin 角色。
  2. 編輯資料集，並排除不允許 SQL Server 登入帳戶存取的 SQL 例項。
  3. 驗證 SSMS 中是否未禁用 SQL 登錄帳戶。
  4. 如果 SQL 登入帳戶已過期，請重設密碼。
  5. 請確定 SQL 登入帳戶可存取資料庫。
