Symptoms

使用含預設 NFS 選項的 NFSv4 擷取資料時，DD FS 程序可能會發生間歇性錯誤、傾印核心並重新開機。如果執行較早的 DDOS 6.1.x 版本，且 PANIC 字串如下，就會發生這種情況：

ERROR: MSG-INTRNL-00001: PANIC: ddr/nfs4/nfs4_idmap/nfs4_names.c: _perform_timed_lookup: 698: !(active_cookie->magic == NFS4_IDMAP_LOOKUP_ARG_USED).

Resolution

已在下列 DDOS 版本的程式碼中修正此缺陷：

  • DDOS 6.1.1.1 及更新版本
  • DDOS 6.1.2.0 及更新版本

如果客戶無法立即升級或無法使用版本，則可以使用因應措施，但必須先確認所述問題。：

  • 是否有任何非根使用者用於在用戶端上的 NFSv4 掛接上執行 I/O？
  • 是否已啟用用戶端上的 NFSv4 ID 對應？在 Linux 上，執行「cat /sys/module/nfs/parameters/nfs4_disable_idmapping」以找出答案。
  • NFS 用戶端是否在使用 Kerberos 安全性 （sec=krb5） 進行任何 NFSv4 匯出？
  • 是否有正在使用的 NFSv4 ACL？

如果以上所有答案均為「否」，立即的因應措施是使用以下 DD CLI 命令停用 DDR 上的 NFSv4 ID 對應：

# nfs option set nfs4-idmap-out-numeric always

這可確保無法到達導致錯誤的代碼路徑，並且不會因為正常備份使用上述「預先檢查」中的任何功能而導致問題。

客戶升級到固定版本後，應重置此設定：

# nfs option reset nfs4-idmap-out-numeric
