Hyper-V GLR Fails with "Error mounting AvFS volume"

Re-directed Hyper-V GLR restore fails with the errors similar to the following:

2018-05-10 16:19:30 avhypervglr Error <13773>: Failed to restore the target 'D:\Restore\' due to the following error: STATE_EVENT_IGNORED - Ignoring requested state transition for the 'plugin_restore' event with transition cause of 'CAUSE_RESTORE' while in the 'STATE_NOT_MOUNTED' state

From avhypervglrsvc.log:

Selecting the destination machine in the Restore screen instead of the Browse for granular restore screen.

This causes the backup to be mounted on the source machine rather than the destination machine.

GLR restore has to occur on the same client machine where the GLR is mounting the backup.

Use the correct procedures to perform GLR. Pages 64 - 75 of the Avamar Exchange User guide provides the detailed steps for performing GLR, Avamar for 19.12 Exchange VSS User Guide.
