Symptoms
에이전트가 설치되어 있어도 Data Collection>Agents 아래의 UI에 에이전트가 표시되지 않습니다.
에이전트가 디버그로 설정된 상태에서 에이전트 로그에서 다음 표시를 찾습니다.

Cause
http 프록시 설정으로 인해 이 문제가 발생하여 DPA 앱 서버가 연결 시 에이전트 등록 요청을 거부합니다.
Resolution
DPA 에이전트 서버에 루트로 로그인하여 다음을 수행합니다.
다음 명령을 실행하여 DPA 에이전트 서비스를 중지합니다.
/opt/emc/dpa/agent/etc/dpa stop
DPA 설치 디렉토리>/dpa/agent/etc 디렉토리에< 있는 dpa.custom 파일을 편집하고 다음 두 줄을 추가합니다.
export http_proxy=
export https_proxy=
위의 두 줄은 = 이외의 추가 문자 없이 위와 똑같이 생성되어야 합니다.
변경 내용을 저장하고 에이전트 서비스를 다시 시작합니다. dpa.custom 파일의 새 항목이 운영 체제 수준 http 또는 https 프록시 설정을 해제하므로 에이전트는 지금 등록해야 합니다.
