NetWorker : Les services NetWorker Server ne s’affichent pas « NetWorker ne peut pas poursuivre sa séquence de démarrage »

NetWorker Server est déployé sur un cluster de pacemaker (PCS) Red Hat Enterprise Linux.

Le NetWorker Server est mis à niveau à partir de la version 19.6.1.x (ou antérieure) vers l’une des versions concernées :

• 19.7.0.0 à 19.7.0.3
• 19.8.0.0 à 19.8.0.3
• 19.9.0.0 à 19.9.0.1

Après la mise à niveau, les services du serveur NetWorker ne démarrent pas.

• Le nœud actif /nsr_share/nsr/logs/daemon.raw

Les modifications appliquées dans les versions concernées empêchent les services NetWorker d’établir la corrélation entre VIRTUAL_CLUSTER_IP avec le nom d’hôte utilisé pour configurer NetWorker. Lors du démarrage du service, les services voient l’adresse IP au lieu du nom d’hôte, ce qui entraîne une incompatibilité avec la valeur « name » dans la ressource serveur. Il essaie également d’ouvrir le fichier /nsr/lockbox à l’aide de l’adresse IP au lieu du nom de domaine complet (FQDN) précédemment configuré.

Les champs « name » du lockbox et « Name » de NetWorker Server Resource (NSR) fonctionnent à partir d’une affectation statique et non d’une résolution d’adresse.

Ce problème a été résolu dans NetWorker 19.8.0.4 ; Toutefois, la version 19.8 arrive en fin de durée de vie du support (EOSL) à compter du 11 novembre 2025. Effectuez une mise à niveau vers la version 19.9.0.2 ou ultérieure pour un correctif de code : https://www.dell.com/support/home/product-support/product/networker/drivers
