Symptoms

Webové uživatelské rozhraní Presentation Server se nenačte a po pokusu o přihlášení se vrátí chyba HTTP 500 o GetMatched(String). 

 

V scaleio.log Presentation Server se zobrazují následující chyby:

Ve webovém uživatelském rozhraní se zobrazí chybová obrazovka, jako je tato:
Chyba HTTP 500  

 

Cause

U serveru Presentation Server 3.6.1 a nižších není verze knihovny jetty kompatibilní s knihovnou rxrpc . Kompatibilita byla ve verzi Presentation Server 3.6.2 opravena.

 

Resolution

Upgradujte prezentační server na verzi 3.6.2. Presentation Server 3.6.2 vyžaduje Javu 11, jak je uvedeno v poznámkách k verzi.
