Cause

L'errore è dovuto a un errore irreversibile di conversione dell'interfaccia quando una macchina virtuale Windows dispone di dischi RDM.

Resolution

 Versioni interessate: Questo problema si verifica su PowerProtect Data Manager versione 19.19-0.15 

 Versione fissa: Aggiornare PowerProtect Data Manager alla versione 19.20

 Soluzione alternativa: 

1. Accedere tramite SSH a PowerProtect Data Manager Appliance come amministratore
2. Eleva alla radice.
3. 

cd /opt/emc/vproxy/unit
 


4. 

vi vproxy.env
 


5. Aggiungere le voci alla fine del file.

DISABLE_FETB=true
export DISABLE_FETB
 

Salvare le modifiche.

6. Riavviare il servizio vproxyd con il comando.

systemctl restart vproxyd
