Instructions
A Request for Product Qualification (RPQ) is no longer necessary before changing the admin password on ECS switches. This change is pre-approved for Frontend rabbit and hare switches.
However, contact the Dell Account Team or your Sales Representative to submit an RPQ for record-keeping purposes with ECS engineering for the password change.
