Symptoms
A VxRack FLEX Alert Connector Dial-Home is generated with the following error:
BAT1025: Integrated RAID Controller 1 is unable to recover cached data from the Battery Backup Unit (BBU).

Cause
RAID Controller Hardware failure
Resolution
Do one or all of the following:
1) Ensure that the PERC firmware version is updated.
2) Check the battery health. If there are battery issues, replace the battery. Else, replace the PERC card.
