Symptoms
Er zijn momenten waarop ECS- of CTA-upgrades worden uitgevoerd in de omgeving van de client zonder de CTA-interoperabiliteitsmatrix te zien. Dit kan leiden tot niet-ondersteunde clientinstellingen. Dit KB-artikel bevat richtlijnen voor de CTA-interoperabiliteitsmatrix op basis van de CTA-versies. De CTA-interoperabiliteitsmatrix is het ideale document om door te nemen voordat u ECS/CTA-upgrades uitvoert.
Cause
Upgrades zijn uitgevoerd zonder de CTA-interoperabiliteitsmatrix te zien of te raadplegen.
Resolution
- CTA 13 is compatibel met ECS 3.4.x en 3.5.x. Zie de interoperabiliteitsmatrix voor CTA en CTA-VE 13.0.
- CTA 13.1 is compatibel met ECS 3.4.x, 3.5.x en 3.6.x. Zie de interoperabiliteitsmatrix voor CTA en CTA-VE 13.1.
- CTA 13.2 is compatibel met ECS S3 en CAS 3.4.x, 3.5.x, 3.6.x, 3.7.x, 3.8.x. Zie de CTA-en-CTA/VE-13.2-interoperabiliteitsmatrix.
