Symptoms
Det finns tillfällen då ECS- eller CTA-uppgraderingar görs i klientens miljö utan att se CTA-interoperabilitetsmatrisen. Detta kan resultera i en klientkonfiguration som inte stöds. Cause
Uppgraderingar har utförts utan att CTA-interoperabilitetsmatrisen har setts eller konsulterats.
Resolution
- CTA 13 är kompatibel med ECS 3.4.x och 3.5.x. Se interoperabilitetsmatrisen CTA och CTA-VE 13.0.
- CTA 13.1 är kompatibel med ECS 3.4.x, 3.5.x och 3.6.x. Se interoperabilitetsmatrisen CTA och CTA-VE 13.1.
- CTA 13.2 är kompatibel med ECS S3 och CAS 3.4.x, 3.5.x, 3.6.x, 3.7.x, 3.8.x. Se CTA-och-CTA/VE-13.2-interoperabilitetsmatrisen.
