Aktivity zaznamenávání správy e-mailů EMC SourceOne selhávají ve smíšeném prostředí Microsoft Exchange 2010 a Microsoft Exchange 2016.

Cause

Konflikt kvůli aktualizacím Microsoftu na Exchange 2010 ve smíšeném prostředí.

Resolution

S koexistencí 2010/2016 existují určité požadavky, aby to fungovalo.

Jedná se o tyto požadavky:    
  • Poštovní schránka účtu služby musí být vždy na nižší verzi Exchange. Měla by to být poslední poštovní schránka, která se přesune do roku 2016. Exchange 2010 musí být nakonfigurovaný s RPC přes protokol HTTPS.
  • Exchange 2016 musí mít povolené RPC přes protokol HTTPS. Ve výchozím nastavení má Exchange 2016 rozhraní MAPI přes protokol HTTPS, které SourceOne nepodporuje. Uživatelé musí povolit vzdálené volání procedur přes protokol HTTPS a správně je nakonfigurovat.
  • Všechny servery SourceOne musí mít jenom Outlook 2010 SP2 + KB2889819. Žádné jiné HF nebo aktualizace. Aktualizace pro Outlook musí být zakázané.
  • Profil musí být v Outlooku nakonfigurovaný tak, aby Outlook používal RPC přes HTTPS s proxy serverem odkazujícím na server 2016. Pro tyto změny nakonfigurujte automatické zjišťování.
  • Nastavte správná oprávnění k poštovní schránce ve verzi 2016 podle instalační příručky.
