EMC SourceOne E-Mail-Management-Journaling-Aktivitäten schlagen in einer gemischten Umgebung mit Microsoft Exchange 2010 und Microsoft Exchange 2016 fehl.

Cause

Konflikt aufgrund von Microsoft-Updates auf Exchange 2010 in der gemischten Umgebung.

Resolution

Bei der Koexistenz 2010/2016 gibt es bestimmte Voraussetzungen, damit es funktioniert.

Diese Anforderungen sind:    
  • Das Postfach des Servicekontos muss sich immer in der niedrigeren Exchange-Version befinden. Es sollte der letzte Briefkasten sein, der ins Jahr 2016 verschoben wird. Exchange 2010 muss mit RPC über HTTPS konfiguriert werden.
  • In Exchange 2016 muss RPC über HTTPS aktiviert sein. Standardmäßig verfügt Exchange 2016 über MAPI über https, das von SourceOne nicht unterstützt wird. Nutzer müssen RPC über HTTPS aktivieren und korrekt konfigurieren.
  • Auf allen SourceOne-Servern muss nur Outlook 2010 SP2 + KB2889819 installiert sein. Keine andere HF oder Aktualisierung. Updates für Outlook müssen deaktiviert sein.
  • Das Profil muss in Outlook so konfiguriert werden, dass Outlook RPC über HTTPS verwendet und der Proxyserver auf den Server 2016 verweist. Konfigurieren Sie für diese Änderungen die automatische Ermittlung.
  • Legen Sie die richtigen Postfachberechtigungen für 2016 gemäß dem Installationshandbuch fest. 

Additional Information

Die KB2878254 und KB2889819 von Microsoft wurden von Microsoft zurückgezogen. Der KB2889819-Hotfix kann beim EMC SourceOne-Support angefordert werden.
