Las actividades de registro en diario de administración de correo electrónico de EMC SourceOne fallan en un entorno combinado de Microsoft Exchange 2010 y Microsoft Exchange 2016.

Cause

Conflicto debido a las actualizaciones de Microsoft en Exchange 2010 en el entorno mixto.

Resolution

Con la convivencia 2010/2016, hay ciertos requisitos para que funcione.

Estos requisitos son:    
  • El buzón de la cuenta de servicio siempre debe estar en la versión de Exchange inferior. Debería ser el último buzón en trasladarse a 2016. Exchange 2010 debe configurarse con RPC a través de https.
  • Exchange 2016 debe tener habilitada la RPC mediante HTTPS. De forma predeterminada, Exchange 2016 tiene MAPI sobre https, que no es compatible con SourceOne. Los usuarios deben habilitar RPC a través de https y configurarlo correctamente.
  • Todos los servidores de SourceOne deben tener Outlook 2010 SP2 + KB2889819 únicamente. Ningún otro HF o actualización. Las actualizaciones de Outlook deben estar deshabilitadas.
  • El perfil debe estar configurado en Outlook para que Outlook use RPC sobre https con el servidor proxy apuntando al servidor 2016. Para estos cambios, configure la detección automática.
  • Configure los permisos de buzón correctos en 2016 según la guía de instalación.

Microsoft retiró los KB2878254 y KB2889819 de Microsoft. La revisión KB2889819 se puede solicitar al soporte de EMC SourceOne.
