Les activités de journalisation de la gestion des e-mails EMC SourceOne échouent dans un environnement mixte Microsoft Exchange 2010 et Microsoft Exchange 2016.

Cause

Conflit dû à des mises à jour Microsoft sur Exchange 2010 dans l’environnement mixte.

Resolution

Avec la coexistence 2010/2016, il y a certaines conditions pour que cela fonctionne.

Ces exigences sont les suivantes :    
  • La boîte aux lettres du compte de service doit toujours se trouver sur la version Exchange inférieure. Il devrait s’agir de la dernière boîte aux lettres à être déplacée vers 2016. Exchange 2010 doit être configuré avec RPC sur https.
  • RPC over https doit être activé dans Exchange 2016. Par défaut, Exchange 2016 dispose de MAPI sur https qui n’est pas pris en charge par SourceOne. Les utilisateurs doivent activer RPC sur https et le configurer correctement.
  • Tous les serveurs SourceOne doivent avoir Outlook 2010 SP2 + KB2889819 uniquement. Pas d’autre HF ou mise à jour. Les mises à jour pour Outlook doivent être désactivées.
  • Le profil doit être configuré sur Outlook pour qu’Outlook utilise RPC sur https avec le serveur proxy pointant vers le serveur 2016. Pour ces modifications, configurez AutoDiscovery.
  • Définissez les autorisations de boîte aux lettres correctes sur 2016 conformément au guide d’installation.

Les KB2878254 et les KB2889819 Microsoft ont été retirés par Microsoft. Le correctif KB2889819 peut être demandé au support EMC SourceOne.
