Cause

Konflikt spowodowany aktualizacjami firmy Microsoft w programie Exchange 2010 w środowisku mieszanym.

Resolution

W przypadku współistnienia 2010/2016 istnieją pewne wymagania, aby to działało.

Te wymagania to:    
  • Skrzynka pocztowa konta usługi musi być zawsze w niższej wersji Exchange. Powinna to być ostatnia skrzynka pocztowa, która zostanie przeniesiona do 2016 roku. Program Exchange 2010 musi być skonfigurowany z RPC za pośrednictwem protokołu https.
  • Program Exchange 2016 musi mieć włączoną funkcję RPC over https. Domyślnie Exchange 2016 ma MAPI przez https, który nie jest obsługiwany przez SourceOne. Użytkownicy muszą włączyć RPC za pośrednictwem protokołu https i poprawnie go skonfigurować.
  • Wszystkie serwery SourceOne muszą mieć tylko Outlook 2010 SP2 + KB2889819. Żadnych innych HF ani aktualizacji. Należy wyłączyć aktualizacje programu Outlook.
  • Profil musi być skonfigurowany w programie Outlook tak, aby program Outlook korzystał z protokołu RPC za pośrednictwem protokołu https z serwerem proxy wskazującym serwer 2016. W przypadku tych zmian skonfiguruj automatyczne wykrywanie.
  • Ustaw prawidłowe uprawnienia skrzynki pocztowej w 2016 r. zgodnie z instrukcją instalacji.
