Cause

Конфлікт через оновлення Microsoft в Exchange 2010 у змішаному середовищі.

Resolution

У зв'язку зі співіснуванням 2010/2016 років є певні вимоги до його роботи.

Такими вимогами є:    
  • Поштова скринька сервісного облікового запису завжди має бути на нижчій версії біржі. Це має бути остання поштова скринька, яка переміститься на 2016 рік. Exchange 2010 має бути настроєно за допомогою RPC через https.
  • В Exchange 2016 має бути ввімкнено RPC через https. За замовчуванням Exchange 2016 має протокол MAPI через https, який не підтримується SourceOne. Користувачі повинні включити RPC через https і правильно його налаштувати.
  • Усі сервери SourceOne повинні мати лише Outlook 2010 SP2 + KB2889819. Ніяких інших ВЧ або оновлень. Оновлення для Outlook потрібно вимкнути.
  • Профіль має бути настроєно в Outlook, щоб Outlook використовував RPC через https, а проксі-сервер вказує на сервер 2016 року. Для цих змін налаштуйте AutoDiscovery.
  • Встановіть правильні дозволи для поштової скриньки на 2016 рік відповідно до посібника з інсталяції.
