Операции ведения журнала EMC SourceOne Email Management завершаются сбоем в смешанной среде Microsoft Exchange 2010 и Microsoft Exchange 2016.

Cause

Конфликт из-за обновлений Microsoft для Exchange 2010 в смешанной среде.

Resolution

При сосуществовании 2010/2016 годов есть определенные требования для того, чтобы он работал.

Эти требования следующие:    
  • Почтовый ящик сервисной учетной записи должен всегда находиться на более ранней версии обмена. Это должен быть последний почтовый ящик, который будет перенесен в 2016 год. Exchange 2010 должен быть настроен с RPC over https.
  • В Exchange 2016 должен быть включен RPC over https. По умолчанию Exchange 2016 использует MAPI over https, который не поддерживается SourceOne. Пользователи должны включить протокол RPC over https и правильно его настроить.
  • На всех серверах SourceOne должен быть установлен Outlook 2010 SP2 + KB2889819. Никаких других ВЧ или обновлений. Обновления для Outlook должны быть отключены.
  • Необходимо настроить профиль в Outlook, чтобы Outlook использовал RPC по протоколу https с прокси-сервером, указывающим на сервер 2016. Для этих изменений настройте автообнаружение.
  • Установите правильные разрешения почтового ящика в 2016 в соответствии с руководством по установке.

Приложения Microsoft KB2878254 и KB2889819 были отозваны корпорацией Microsoft. Оперативное исправление KB2889819 можно запросить в службе поддержки EMC SourceOne.
