Cause

由于混合环境中 Exchange 2010 上的 Microsoft 更新而导致的冲突。

Resolution

在 2010/2016 共存的情况下，它的工作有一定的要求。

这些要求包括：    
  • 服务帐户邮箱需要始终使用较低的 Exchange 版本。它应该是移至 2016 年的最后一个邮箱。Exchange 2010 必须使用 RPC over https 进行配置。
  • Exchange 2016 必须启用 RPC over https。默认情况下，Exchange 2016 具有 SourceOne 不支持的 MAPI over https。用户必须启用 RPC over https 并正确配置它。
  • 所有 SourceOne 服务器都必须仅具有 Outlook 2010 SP2 + KB2889819。没有其他 HF 或更新。必须禁用 Outlook 更新。
  • 必须在 Outlook 上配置配置文件，才能让 Outlook 使用 RPC over https 和指向 2016 服务器的代理服务器。对于这些更改，请配置自动发现。
  • 根据安装指南，在 2016 上设置正确的邮箱权限。

Microsoft KB2878254和KB2889819已被Microsoft撤回。可以向 EMC SourceOne 支持请求KB2889819热修复程序。
