Symptoms

| Description | Read and write operations are not available. |
| Error Code | (0x00201901) |
| Resolution | Cause It can be caused due to issues with cabling and connections between the nodes. Solution Check the cabling and connections between the nodes. Also, review any drive or cabling-related alerts and take necessary actions to resolve such issues. If the condition persists, contact Technical Support for assistance. |

| Resolution | Cause It can be caused due to issues with cabling and connections between the nodes. Solution Check the cabling and connections between the nodes. Also, review any drive or cabling-related alerts and take necessary actions to resolve such issues. If the condition persists, contact Technical Support for assistance. |

| Alert ID | DATA_PATH_BOOT_TIER_OFFLINE |
| Description | Boot tier metadata is used during system initialization. Data may become unavailable. |
| Error Code | (0x00201801) |
| Resolution | Cause Issue is caused when both drive from the boot tier are broken which will cause boot tier offline. Another case is boot tier rebuild has not completed because of another drive issue. Solution If the condition persists, contact Technical Support for assistance. |
