Symptoms

  • 您正在尝试将 AD/LDAP 外部身份验证与 NetWorker 集成。
  • 配置失败，出现 LDAP 错误代码 49 data 52e
  • NMC 和 NMC 服务器 gstd.raw 文件中将显示以下错误：

提醒：提供程序服务器名称必须是 AD/LDAP 服务器的可解析主机名/IP 地址。 

Cause

“域”字段与域的完整基本可分辨名称 （DN） 不匹配。

 

Resolution

在 域名 字段中输入域的基本可分辨名称 （DN） 或域 组件 （DC） 值。在所示示例中，提供程序服务器名称为 服务器 。BACKUPS.DOMAIN.COM 但仅在“域名”字段中输入了 DOMAIN.COM;而应该已经 BACKUPS.DOMAIN.COM，例如：
