Symptoms
Remote RecoverPoint Appliance(RPA) goes into remote regulation, and the replication get assertion again and again as a result of corruption (Reboot Regulation)

Cause
Replication keeps a metadata object that points to where in the stream replication is. It s a memory pointer so it s tracking where the replication process is at along the stream of replicated data.
When a group exits image-access, the stream is freed since it is no longer replicating the changes from that copy.
The issue is that the metadata object that points to where in the stream it was not cleared.
This leads to the assertion failure because the fetcher is still trying to use the metadata objects pointer to read from invalid memory(stream freed).
