Symptoms

PPDM 的作业监视器数据收集请求失败，并显示以下状态：
函数 jobmonitor 捕获 ProcessingException

调试低dpaagent.log捕获导致异常
的 API 请求：DBG1。 20210305：014537 org.apache.logging.log4j.spi.AbstractLogger - get（）：GET [/api/v2/assets？pageSize=5000&page=1]
ERR . 20210305：014637 org.apache.logging.log4j.spi.AbstractLogger - execute（）：函数 jobmonitor 捕获 ProcessingException

日志显示 API 请求和 ProcessingException 消息之间正好有 60 秒。

Cause

在 PPDM Job Monitor 请求中，有一个名为 Request Timeout （Seconds） 的选项。
此超时的默认值为 60 秒。
在某些情况下，PPDM 服务器可能不会在 60 秒超时内响应请求，从而导致 DPA 出现 ProcessingException 消息。

Resolution

使用 REST API 客户端检查 PPDM 服务器响应请求需要多长时间。
增加 PPDM 请求的Request Timeout （seconds）选项，直至请求成功。
