Symptoms

Unisphere for PowerMaxバージョン9.1.xおよび9.2.x
Unisphereは、スタンドアロンLinuxホストにインストールされます

smas.logのエラー:

Crypto.getComputerName: Unable to determine hostname; using default.

Cause

rootユーザーとしてではなくSUDOユーザーとしてUnisphere for PowerMaxをインストールして実行している。
これは、オペレーティング システムとインストーラーに関するユーザー権限の問題です。このホスト名は、初期セットアップ ユーザー(ISU)を作成するためのワンタイム パスワード(OTP)トークンに必要です。

Resolution

以前にインストールしたパッケージをアンインストールし、SMASフォルダーを削除します。ROOTとしてログインすると、インストールが正常に完了します。
