Symptoms
PowerMax 版本 9.1.x 和 9.2.x

smas.log中的錯誤：
Crypto.getComputerName: Unable to determine hostname; using default.
Cause
以 SUDO 使用者身分而非 ROOT 使用者身分安裝和執行 PowerMax 的 Unisphere。
這是作業系統和安裝程式的使用者權限問題。一次性密碼 （OTP） 權杖需要主機名稱 ，才能建立初始設定使用者 （ISU）。

Resolution
卸載以前安裝的包並刪除 SMAS 資料夾。以 ROOT 身分登入，安裝成功。
