SCLIを使用してアラートをクリアすることはできますが、Presentation Serverではその情報は更新されません

症状
SCLIでコマンドが発行され、イベントで成功としてマークされているのがわかります。 
scli --reset_oscillating_failure_counters --all_counters --failure_counter sdc_sds_network_disconnections --all_sdc
