NetWorker Web Kullanıcı Arayüzü (NWUI) şunları gösterir:

Failed to fetch latest counts for Dashboard and Error in fetching count of activities based on status from Monitoring service.

Cause

9095 numaralı bağlantı noktası, NWUI sunucusunu dinlemiyor.

 

Resolution

  1. NWUI hizmetleri çalışır durumdadır.
    Windows: tasklist | findstr nwui
    Linux: ps -ef | grep nwui

  2. NWUI bağlantı noktaları açık değil veya dinlemiyor:

    Linux:

    # netstat -ano | grep 9095
# netstat -ano | grep 5435

    Windows:

    > netstat -ano | findstr 9095
> netstat -ano | findstr 5435

 

NOT: 9095 ve 5435 numaralı bağlantı noktaları, NWUI'nin Yedekleme sunucusuyla iletişim kurması için gereklidir. Bu bağlantı noktaları açık değilse veya dinlemiyorsa NetWorker sunucusunun işletim sistemi güvenlik duvarını ve bu iletişimi engelliyor olabilecek tüm ağ güvenlik duvarlarını gözden geçirmek için işletim sistemi veya ağ ekibinizle iletişime geçin.
