Symptoms

L'interfaccia utente web di NetWorker (NWUI) mostra:

Failed to fetch latest counts for Dashboard and Error in fetching count of activities based on status from Monitoring service.

Cause

La porta 9095 non è in ascolto sul server NWUI.

 

Resolution

  1. I servizi NWUI sono in esecuzione.
    Windows: tasklist | findstr nwui
    Linux: ps -ef | grep nwui

  2. Le porte NWUI non sono aperte o non sono in ascolto:

    Linux:

    # netstat -ano | grep 9095
# netstat -ano | grep 5435

    Windows:

    > netstat -ano | findstr 9095
> netstat -ano | findstr 5435

 

NOTA: Le porte 9095 e 5435 sono necessarie per la comunicazione tra NWUI e il backup server. Se queste porte non sono aperte o non sono in ascolto, contattare il sistema operativo o il team di rete per esaminare il firewall del sistema operativo del server NetWorker e qualsiasi firewall di rete che potrebbe bloccare questa comunicazione.
