Symptoms

NetWorker Webユーザー インターフェイス(NWUI)には、次の情報が表示されます。

Failed to fetch latest counts for Dashboard and Error in fetching count of activities based on status from Monitoring service.

 

nwui.log:
Linuxから: /nsr/authc/logs/nwui.log
Windows: C:\Program Files\EMC NetWorker\nsr\authc-server\tomcat\logs\nwui.log

17:00:15.942 [https-jsse-nio-9090-exec-7] ERROR c.e.n.c.n.i.MonitoringApi - Error in fetching count of activities based on status from Monitoring Service. java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused (Connection refused)

Cause

ポート9095がNWUIサーバーでリスンしていません。

 

Resolution

  1. NWUIサービスは実行状態です。
    Windowsの場合： tasklist | findstr nwui
    Linuxの場合 ps -ef | grep nwui

  2. NWUIポートが開いていないか、リスンしていません。

    Linuxの場合

    # netstat -ano | grep 9095
# netstat -ano | grep 5435

    Windowsの場合：

    > netstat -ano | findstr 9095
> netstat -ano | findstr 5435

 

メモ: NWUIがバックアップ サーバーと通信するには、ポート9095および5435が必要です。これらのポートが開いていない場合、またはリスンしていない場合は、オペレーティング システムまたはネットワーク チームと連携して、NetWorkerサーバーのオペレーティング システムのファイアウォールと、この通信をブロックしている可能性のあるネットワーク ファイアウォールを確認します。
