Symptoms

De NetWorker Web User Interface (NWUI) toont:

Failed to fetch latest counts for Dashboard and Error in fetching count of activities based on status from Monitoring service.

Cause

Poort 9095 luistert niet op de NWUI-server.

 

Resolution

  1. NWUI-services zijn in actieve staat.
    Windows: tasklist | findstr nwui
    Linux: ps -ef | grep nwui

  2. NWUI-poorten zijn niet geopend of luisteren niet:

    Linux:

    # netstat -ano | grep 9095
# netstat -ano | grep 5435

    Windows:

    > netstat -ano | findstr 9095
> netstat -ano | findstr 5435

 

OPMERKING: Poorten 9095 en 5435 zijn vereist voor NWUI om te communiceren met de back-upserver. Als deze poorten niet open zijn of niet luisteren, neemt u contact op met uw besturingssysteem of netwerkteam om de firewall van het besturingssysteem van de NetWorker-server en eventuele netwerkfirewalls die deze communicatie blokkeren, te controleren.
