Symptoms

Sieciowy interfejs użytkownika NetWorker (NWUI) pokazuje:

Failed to fetch latest counts for Dashboard and Error in fetching count of activities based on status from Monitoring service.

Cause

Port 9095 nie nasłuchuje na serwerze NWUI.

 

Resolution

  1. Usługi NWUI są uruchomione.
    Windows: tasklist | findstr nwui
    Linux: ps -ef | grep nwui

  2. Porty NWUI albo nie są otwarte, albo nie nasłuchują:

    Linux:

    # netstat -ano | grep 9095
# netstat -ano | grep 5435

    Windows:

    > netstat -ano | findstr 9095
> netstat -ano | findstr 5435

 

UWAGA: Porty 9095 i 5435 są potrzebne, aby NWUI mogło komunikować się z serwerem kopii zapasowych. Jeśli porty te nie są otwarte lub nie nasłuchują, skontaktuj się z zespołem ds. systemu operacyjnego lub sieci, aby sprawdzić zaporę systemu operacyjnego serwera NetWorker oraz wszelkie zapory sieciowe, które mogą blokować tę komunikację.
