Symptoms

NetWorker Web 使用者介面 （NWUI） 顯示：

Failed to fetch latest counts for Dashboard and Error in fetching count of activities based on status from Monitoring service.

Cause

連接埠 9095 未在 NWUI 伺服器上接聽。

 

Resolution

  1. NWUI 服務處於執行狀態。
    Windows： tasklist | findstr nwui
    Linux： ps -ef | grep nwui

  2. NWUI 連接埠未開啟或未接聽：

    Linux：

    # netstat -ano | grep 9095
# netstat -ano | grep 5435

    Windows：

    > netstat -ano | findstr 9095
> netstat -ano | findstr 5435

 

注意：NWUI 需要連接埠 9095 和 5435 才能與備份伺服器通訊。如果這些連接埠未開啟或未接聽，請與您的作業系統或網路團隊接洽，以檢閱 NetWorker 伺服器的作業系統防火牆，以及可能封鎖此通訊的任何網路防火牆。
