PowerProtect：メトリックが正しくないと、DPAに誤ったレポートが表示される

Symptoms

PowerProtect Data Manager UIには失敗したバックアップは表示されませんが、DPAレポートには失敗したバックアップが表示されます。

レポート ソース データは、PowerProtect Data Manager APIから取得されます /api/v2/aggregation/protection-metrics

API出力にはバックアップの失敗が表示されており、PowerProtect Data Managerに問題があることが確認できます。

Cause

「ストレージ ユニットを削除できません」というリクエストは、保護タスクとして扱われます
ストレージ ユニットを削除するときにエラーが発生した場合、APIはバックアップの失敗を報告します。

Resolution

解決方法: PowerProtect Data Manager 19.15以降、このエラーはバックアップの失敗ではありません

回避 策：システムエラー「ストレージユニットを削除できません」を修正。
