Symptoms
將一個 VMDK 還原至原始 VM 時失敗，並顯示錯誤代碼 ARV0007。
相關的錯誤訊息為：
Disk xxxx- "Hard disk x" has a changed size(in bytes) from xxx to xxx
Cause
備份後硬碟大小隨之增加。
PowerProtect Data Manager 備份時，硬碟 1 大小仍為 40 GB。備份後，客戶將大小增加到 45 GB。
PowerProtect Data Manager 不支援將此 VMDK （硬碟 1） 還原至原始 VM，因為硬碟大小已變更。

Resolution
如果 VMDK 變更回原始 VM 大小，PowerProtect Data Manager 會允許將 VMDK 還原至原始 VM。VMware 只允許增加 VMDK 的大小，而非減小。
因應措施是將整個 VM 還原為新的 VM ，或 將 VMDK 還原至另一個 VM。
調整 VMDK 大小後執行的備份會如正常運作。
