Symptoms
在 RHEL PPDM 用戶端的作業系統重新開機期間， 代理程式vc 程序不會自動啟動。從命令手動啟動 agentvc 可成功啟動服務。
Cause
代理程式服務未啟用，可在作業系統開機期間自動啟動。
Resolution
請確定 agentsvc 已啟用。也就是說， systemctl status agentsvc ● agentsvc.service - Dell PowerProtect Agent Service Daemon Loaded: loaded (/etc/systemd/system/agentsvc.service; disabled; vendor preset: disabled) Active: inactive (dead)
如果未啟用，您可以使用 systemctl status agentsvc，並確保該服務已啟用。
